There have been a few people with mounts of different kinds who had separate shelters for their mounts. I believe the stable near my house is the only one with a few residents' animals.

The one between those two mentioned buildings, yes. I don't believe there is a larger one, since there had been no need until this last December or so.

There are two horses there, belonging to myself and Link. Noishe, who is under Raine's care, also resides there.

I'm not quite sure, but they've repeated experiments before, so it's at least possible.
